We want you to be 100% happy with your PLSR ACTIVE purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


Change of Mind

We offer returns for store credit on change of mind purchases — including colour, sizing, and style. The following conditions apply:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Approved returns will receive a store credit only — no cash refunds for change of mind

Processing Your Return

  • Once received at our warehouse, please allow 2–5 business days for processing
  • Upon approval, your store credit will be added to your customer profile and applied automatically at checkout — it never expires
  • Items that do not meet our return conditions will be rejected and returned at the buyer's expense

Faulty Items

While we adhere to strict quality control, we understand that on rare occasions a faulty item may slip through. If you believe you've received a faulty item, please email us as soon as possible at info@plsractive.com with your order number and photos of the product and we'll make it right.
